Deskly is operated by STMGraph. By creating a Desk, you agree to the terms below. Plain language, no tricks.
1. What Deskly is
Deskly is a small tool for sharing who you are and what you do. You create a Desk — a page with your name, work, and contact details — and share the link with anyone you choose.
Deskly is free to use. It is not a marketing platform, a payment platform, or a social network. It is a place to put your information so people can find you.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Use a real email address, choose a strong password, and do not share your login details.
You may delete your Desk at any time by contacting us. When you do, your Desk is removed from the public site, along with the information stored on it.
3. What you post
Everything you put on your Desk — your name, services, photos, contact details — belongs to you. You keep full ownership of it.
By using Deskly, you give us permission to display that content on your public Desk, which is the whole point of the tool. Nothing more. We do not sell your content, and we do not show it anywhere except on your Desk and in your own dashboard.
Do not post anything illegal, harmful, or dishonest. Do not use Deskly to impersonate someone else or to advertise goods or services that are forbidden by law. If you do, we may remove your Desk without notice.
4. Public information
Your Desk is public. Anyone with the link can see it. Contact details you add (WhatsApp, email, phone) are meant to be public — that is why you added them.
Do not put anything on your Desk that you would not want a stranger to see. If you want to keep something private, do not add it to your Desk.
5. Service and limits
Deskly is offered as-is. We do our best to keep it running and to protect your data, but we do not promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
If Deskly shuts down, we will give reasonable notice and give you a chance to save your information.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for losses you suffer through using Deskly — including lost business, lost contacts, or losses caused by another person using your public information. You use Deskly at your own risk.
7. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Deskly means you accept the updated terms.
8. Privacy
Here is what we collect and why. Nothing sneaky.
What we store
- Account information. Your email address (to log you in), a hashed version of your password (we never see the original), and your WhatsApp number (used for the contact button on your Desk).
- What you put on your Desk. Your name, role, tagline, services, prices, photos, location, hours, and any other field you fill in.
- Your bot's knowledge. Prices and facts you have taught your Desk bot.
- Visits. When someone opens your public Desk, we record the visit — the time, and where they came from (if their browser shares that). We do not record their name, and we cannot identify them.
- Unanswered questions. When someone asks your bot something it does not know, we store the text of the question so you can see it on your dashboard and answer it. We do not store who asked.
Who can see it
- You — see everything on your dashboard.
- Visitors — see only what you have made public on your Desk.
- Us — we can access the database, but we do not look at your data unless you ask us to help you with something.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Data is stored securely with Supabase, a database provider. Emails (like password resets) are sent through Gmail. Your photos are stored in Supabase Storage. No third party receives your data beyond what is needed to run the service.
Deleting your account
Write to us and we will delete your Desk and the data behind it. This usually takes a day or two. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Cookies and storage
Deskly uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to remember small preferences (like the accounts shown on the login page). We do not use tracking cookies.
9. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, or want your account deleted, write to either of us:
That is the whole thing. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
